It&#039;s really quite yummy, though I&#039;ve been playing around with a new variation that hasn&#039;t quite been perfected yet - it involves dipping the tofu in a flavoring agent (soy sauce or something along those lines) before coating in flour/cornstarch and frying.  I haven&#039;t yet found the perfect combination yet!
I&#039;m totally with you on the meatless thing though - I have been feeling a much heavier wallet lately since I cut back on meat (without missing it much, to be honest!).  :)</description>
